This model only one type , WA-A, with its cylinder mounted on its lower part. It can completely replace conventional hydraulic universal testers when conducting elongation, compression, bending and shearing tests on metallic materials, building materials, cement structural members, concrete, and other nonmetallic materials and structural members. Any testers with a rating above 100kN have a lower-mounted oil cylinder and are equipped with an automatic hydraulic clamping apparatus, which fundamentally solves the type of problem in which the test sample slips out of position and greatly reduce the working strength of operators.
This model adopts a digitalized measurement control system and features stable and reliable performance, high measurement accuracy, and simple operation. The console is equipped with an integrated control panel that enables display and operation, and a gorgeous LCD display unit. It also features the display in Chinese of real-time force values, force peaks, displacements and displacement peaks in the format of two rows per screen and four screens per output delivery. It has such functions as zeroing, overload protection, over-travel protection, etc. Test results can be printed if an optional printer is installed.
